The TATSoul APEX (Hollow) Liners retain the same great qualities expected of our Envy Needles but are specially designed with a unique hollow center. The hollow center of the needle allows for optimal ink flow and generates crisp lines which cause less damage to the skin.
Every Envy Needle must pass through multiple layers of meticulous inspections on dozens of metrics, as well as thorough artist testing to earn the name Envy.
